How long does it take to ship an Oeave experience on a product?

A single product can ship in 1 to 2 hours once the content (photos, video, specs) is uploaded as Fibers. Importing existing brand content from a website is automated. Most stores have their first published preview the same day they sign up.

What is a Fiber and what is a Thread?

A Fiber is a single content piece: an image, a video, a 3D model, a Gaussian splat, a spec, a testimonial, an FAQ. A Thread is an ordered sequence of Fibers that plays out as the buyer scrolls or interacts. The Thread is what the buyer experiences as the product page; the Fibers are the building blocks behind it.

Do I need a developer to use Oeave?

No, for most setups. Importing content, building Threads, and publishing run from the dashboard with no code. The single embed snippet that goes on the product page can be added by a Shopify theme editor or a frontend developer in a few minutes. Headless stacks need a developer for the embed but the rest stays no-code.

Can AI agents build the experience for me?

Yes, on Pro and Growth tiers. The Agent API lets Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent framework create Fibers, assemble Threads, and publish a project end to end. Most stores still touch the dashboard for review, but the actual authoring runs through the agent.
